The Cattle Parade is the highlight for many visitors. This is a wonderful opportunity to see many of the spectacular animals that have been in the judging rings during the morning. Exhibitors bring their livestock from all over the country to compete for the Best in Show. The Champion of each section will be presented with their trophies by this year’s Society President, Andrew Large.
A visit to the Village Green area is like stepping back in time with craft exhibitors keeping old traditions alive, such as willow work, basket making and hand-crafted walking sticks.

The WI is the most influential women’s organisation in the UK and new members are always welcome, whatever your age. Visit their marquee on Avenue U where they will be staging a number of displays. The WI Country Markets will be selling local homemade produce – cakes, preserves and jams. Treat yourself to a cup of tea and a delicious slice of cake to go with it
