Cattows Farm,The showground is open at 8:30 am until 5pm, with the last entry at 4 pm.
No, parking is free. Do not leave valuables in your vehicle, parking is at your own risk.

Yes, there is disabled parking for people who hold a blue badge. There are plenty of spaces available, no booking is required.
The Showground is an agricultural field, and there are no electric charging points on the site.

No, there are no ATM's onsite. Traders may accept both cash and card payments but please be aware the Show is situated in the middle of the countryside where mobile phone signal and Wi-Fi can not be guaranteed. It is advisable to bring cash with you to the Show.

Please go to the Secretary’s Cabin, or find the nearest steward who will assist you. If possible, please have one person stay around the area they were last seen.
All lost property should be booked into the Secretary's Tent, or handed to a steward. Please do not leave the property unattended. Ashby Show takes no responsibility for lost or damaged property.
MK Medical will provide first aid care with a Medical Centre situated next to the Show Jumping Ring, if unsure find your nearest steward who will assist you.
Dogs are welcome at the Show but must be kept on leads at all times. Please do not leave dogs in cars for any reason. Water is provided however we advise you to bring your own as well.
Toilets and disabled facilities are situated on all parts of the Show Ground.
Rubbish bins will be provided around the site. There is a strict NO LITTERING policy around the showground and car parks.
The public is reminded that this is an agricultural field, and uneven surfaces may be encountered. We advise all visitors to take care whilst walking around the showground. Be aware the weather may affect ground conditions.

Various delicious food options can be found in the two Food Courts around the Showground. However, picnics are also welcome.
Catalogues are available from the Horse, Cattle and Horse & Pony Secretary's Tents in the respective areas.
Horse & Pony numbers are available to collect from the Horse Secretary's tent which is located in the Horse Field. Cattle and Sheep numbers will be available in their respective areas, in the Livestock Field. Entry numbers will not be available from the Show Secretary's Tent.
