  • Class 1 🌼 Design a Garden on a Plate

    Create a mini garden using a plate as your base. Use natural materials like leaves, moss, small flowers, pebbles, or even model plants. Show how your garden grows in miniature form!

    🍽 Plate Size: Must be created on a standard dinner plate (approx. 25–30cm diameter)
    Only round plates allowed. No trays, boards, or oversized bases.

  • Class 2 🧁 Decorate Four Cupcakes Representing the Four Seasons

    Decorate four cupcakes to represent spring, summer, autumn, and winter. Use icing, colours, and toppings to reflect each season.

    Must be displayed on a white paper plate. Can be shop bought or homemade cupcakes, its the decoration that will be judged.

  • Class 3 ♻️ Using an Egg Box – What Can You Create?

    Turn a simple egg box into something amazing! Build an animal, vehicle, character, or even a scene. Use recycled materials, paint, or craft supplies to bring your idea to life.

  • Class 4 "A Day at the Ashby Show" – Art Competition

    Design a Piece of Artwork Representing a Day Out at the Ashby Show.

    Create a drawing, painting, collage, or mixed-media artwork that captures the spirit and excitement of a day at the Ashby Show. Your artwork could include scenes such as animals, fairground rides, food stalls, tractors, horse shows, crafts, or happy families enjoying the event.

    Use your imagination to show what makes the Ashby Show special to you!

    Materials: Any art materials (paints, pencils, collage, mixed media, etc.) Size: A4

  • Class 5 πŸ₯• Vegetable Monster

    Use vegetables (and even fruit) to build your very own monster! Think eyes made from olives, carrot legs, or broccoli hairβ€”the wilder, the better. Make it scary, funny, or just plain weird!
