We have an exciting Main Ring programme, great shopping opportunities combined with an extensive range of show classes all planned for this year’s Ashby Show.
From around the country, cattle & sheep exhibitors prepare and show their prizewinning livestock to the public and judges attracting around 100 head of cattle and over 200 head of sheep over 15 breeds.
Bouncy castles, traditional fair stalls, archery, and mini golf to name a few, there should be something to keep all ages entertained.
Over 200 trade stands across the show, from arts and crafts, jewellery, homewares, through to artisan breads and pies in our indoor trade marquee and clothing stalls, garden furniture, plants and local club stands and not forgetting agricultural machinery.
These can be found in various areas around the Showground. However, picnics are also welcome.
Rubbish bins will be provided around the site. There is a strict NO LITTERING policy around the showground and car parks.
Catalogues are available from the Horse, Cattle & Show Jumping Secretary's Tents in respective areas.

Yes, there is disabled parking for people who hold a blue badge. There are plenty of spaces available, no booking is required.
Horse numbers are available to collect, only from the Horse Secretary's tent which is located in the Horse Field. Cattle and Sheep numbers will be available in their respective areas, in the Cattle and Sheep Field. Entry numbers will not be available from the Show Secretary's Tent, situated next to the Main Ring.
Carers go free if accompanied by a disabled adult purchasing at ticket. On arrival to the show, you will need to show proof that you are the carer.
All lost property should be booked into the Secretary's Tent, or handed to a steward.do not leave the property unattended. Ashby show takes no responsibility for lost or damaged property.
No refunds are given on the day of the show. Write into the show office after the show when your request for a refund will be considered
The showground is open at 8:30 am, with the last entry at 4 pm.
Dogs are welcome at the Show but must be kept on leads at all times. Please do not leave dogs in cars for any reason. Water is provided however we advise you to bring your own as well.

Toilets and disabled facilities are situated on all parts of the Show Ground.
Hardcore Medical & Ambulance Services will provide first aid care with a Medical Centre situated next to the Show Jumping Ring, if unsure find your nearest steward who will assist you.
No, parking is free. Do not leave valuables in your vehicle, parking is at your own risk.
Please be aware we are unable to move electric vehicles from the Showground in the case of adverse weather conditions or vehicular breakdowns.
The public is reminded that this is an agricultural field, and uneven surfaces may be encountered. We advise all visitors to take care whilst walking around the showground. Be aware the weather may affect ground conditions.
