Q: Are there any medical services?
A: West Midlands Emergency Medical Rescue will provide first aid care with a Medical Centre situated next to the Show Jumping Ring and an ambulance in the Horse Field.
Q: Do I have to pay for parking?
A: No, parking is free.
Q: If I need a mobility scooter is there anywhere I can hire one?
A: Mobility Scooters will be available to hire on show day by Professional Mobility at a cost of £20. These will be situated close to the Main Entrance, in trade stand avenue A. You will need to bring proof of ID (driving licence/utility bill) when picking up the scooter.
Q: Where would I go if I lost my child?
A: Please go to the Secretary’s Tent, where you will be able to report and complete a missing persons report form.
Q: Will there be plenty of toilets situated around the ground?
A: Toilet facilities are situated on all parts of the Show Ground. Disabled toilet by the Small Livestock Marquee
Q: Am I allowed to bring my dogs?
A: Dogs are welcome at the Show but must be kept on leads at all times. Please do not leave dogs in cars. Any animals left in vehicles in the public car park will be dealt with accordingly.
Q: Will there be a lost property area?
A: All lost property will be booked in to the Secretary's Tent.
Q: Do you have any Health & Safety in place?
A: Ensure you observe the animal walkways and stay behind barriers when requested to do so by Stewards. It is their responsibility to look after your safety.
Q: How will I know who is competing in the classes?
A: Catalogues are available from the Horse, Cattle & Show Jumping Secretary's Tents in respective areas.
Q: Is there any food courts?
A: These can be found at various areas around the Showground.
Q: Will there be plenty of opportunity for the disposal of my rubbish?
A: Rubbish bins will be provided around the site
Q: What are the ground conditons like?
A: The public are reminded that this is an agricultural field, and uneven surfaces may be encounted. We advice all to take care whilst walking around the show ground.
Q: Where do I collect my entry numbers from?
A: Horse numbers are available to collect, only from the Horse Secretary's tent which is located in the Horse Field. Cattle and Sheep numbers will be available in their respective areas, in the Cattle and Sheep Field. Entry numbers will not be available from the Show Secretary's Tent, situated next to the Main Ring.
Q: Where do I collect my prize money from?
A: Prize money will be available to collect from the Treasurer's Cabin, which is located next to the Show Secretary's Tent, next to the Main Ring.
