Welcome to The Ashby Show

As many of you will be aware, the Ashby Agricultural Society has faced increasing pressure from the West Midlands Hunt Saboteurs and their supporters to remove the Atherstone Hunt, North Warks Beagles and the Dove Valley Mink Hounds from the Main Ring schedule and also cancel their trade stands.

As a Society, we ensure that every event is fully compliant with UK law.  Therefore, having carefully reviewed the situation, we see no reason to make any changes to our 2017 Show and look forward to another successful event.

There will be no further comment.

Simply The Best Agricultural Show In The Midlands!

We are delighted to announce the Bolddog Lings Motorcycle Display Team will be back again for the 2017 Ashby Show. Make sure you don't miss their heart-stopping show of amazing tricks, using the most innovative ramps, equipment and talented riders.  Also invited back is The Sheep Show which introduces 9 different breeds of sheep, each with a story to tell and welcomed on stage by their own theme tune!

We look forward to seeing you on 9th July, 2017!

Please note that Mr R Bartle will now be judging the Any Other Native Beef Breed and Any Other Continental Beef Breed classes and not Mr P Dowlman.

Please note that Mrs L Killingbeck will now be judging the RoR/TBA (Thoroughbred Breeders Association) Retrained Racehorse Challenge 2017.

Please note that Mrs L Windsor will be judging the Working Hunter Pony classes 104 - 108 and Mr R Parker-Jones will be judging classes 109 - 113 instead of Mrs T Bemand.

Livesey Bros Mushrooms 2017 Sponsor

We are very grateful to Livesey Bros Mushrooms who were our Main Sponsors again this year.  They are a local business operating in both the agricultural and food sectors being suppliers of exotic mushrooms to the major retailers, as well as being a leading successful Hereford Beef breeder.
